We coordinate the purchase agreement, the notary, and the livestock documentation together with your attorney and your accountant.

We are seeking cattle ranches and estates in any region of Colombia, preferably of 300 hectares or more. If yours is different, write to us anyway: each case is reviewed individually.

What owners ask us
Will you publish my ranch online?
Not with its exact location or your name. The listing circulates privately; only the region is mentioned.
What is your fee?
A commission on the sale price, plus VAT, payable only if the ranch sells. We give you the percentage on the first call, and it is set out in writing.
How long does a sale take?
We will not promise you a timeline. It depends mainly on the price, the region, and how many buyers there are for that type of ranch.
Do I have to sign an exclusive agreement?
We propose an exclusive listing agreement for a defined term, with an extension only if you sign it. This allows us to invest in the visit, the aerial photography, and the private marketing of your ranch.
Do you buy the ranch yourselves?
We do not currently buy ranches with our own capital. If you need liquidity quickly, we look for a buyer with funds ready, and you decide whether the price works for you.
