We represent cattle properties in private sales. We present them with real photographs, keep their location private, and support the transaction through to the deed.
If you are buying
The visit first, then the documents
The listing presents the property. The transaction is handled in person, step by step.

We walk the entire ranch: paddocks, water, housing, and infrastructure. One day, no obligation.
- The documents
Your attorney reviews the certificate of title and the ranch's documentation.
- Purchase agreement and deed
Purchase agreement signed with the owner, and the deed.
If you are selling
From the first call to the deed
Private sale: your ranch is not published with its location or your name.
- First contact
You message us or fill out the form, and an advisor calls you. It is a no-obligation conversation.
- Visit
We go to the ranch, walk it with you, and gather photographs and details.
- Listing and visits
We prepare the private listing and present it to interested parties. You approve each visit, and we are present at every one.
- Closing
We guide you through the negotiation, the purchase agreement, and the deed.
Discretion
What we publish and what we do not
What we do publish
Municipality and region, hectares, price, water sources, grasses, houses, and corrals, with real, unretouched photos taken on the ranch.
We do not publish
The rural district, the ranch name, coordinates, or the owner's name.
Only what we have verified
Each listing is built from what we saw on the property.
Nothing automated
Every message is answered by a member of our team. We do not use bots to assist buyers or owners.
